Designed for patients without dental insurance, or who prefer not to use it. We still accept most PPO dental plans. Which plan is right for you is based on Dr. Sheth’s clinical recommendation after your exam.
Healthy Smile Club
Preventive

For patients with healthy gums who are appropriate for a routine cleaning.
- 2 professional cleanings (prophys)

Healthy Smile Club
Perio
$649
/year per person
For patients diagnosed with periodontal disease who are appropriate for periodontal maintenance.
- 3 periodontal maintenance cleanings (D4910)
- 2 dental exams
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Routine X-rays when due and clinically indicated
- 15% off eligible dental services
New patients can start with our $99 exam & X-rays or $295 exam, X-rays & basic cleaning specials. If you choose an eligible Healthy Smile Club plan after your visit, your $295 new-patient payment may be applied toward the membership fee (no cash value).
A Few Details
Membership terms
- The Healthy Smile Club is not dental insurance. Membership is valid for 12 months, is non-transferable, and unused benefits do not roll over.
- Routine X-rays are included when due and clinically indicated. A new-patient full-mouth series may be included when clinically indicated. Emergency or additional X-rays are charged separately, then receive the 15% member discount if eligible.
- The 15% discount applies to eligible services during the membership period. Invisalign and clear aligner treatment are excluded. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.
- The Preventive plan does not include periodontal maintenance (D4910), deep cleanings/SRP, or other periodontal treatment. The Perio plan includes 3 D4910 visits; it does not include scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, or other active periodontal treatment.
